Returns within Sweden are FREE - contact neil@heroicasport.com for a returns label.
Returns from outside of Sweden are at your own cost.
You have up to 30 days to return full-price products and 14 days for Sale items.
Any items that are not collected from the DHL service point will have the product price refunded, but not the shopping cost. Please contact us if you have a problem collecting your package in time and we can extend this with DHL.
Taxes and Shipping Duties are not paid for by Heroica and are the responsibility of the customer.
